While in Florida, Sarah got to hang out with all of the Lands. She loved all the attention! Katie's sister came down for a day and Sarah even got to talk to her new cousin who is expected to arrive at the end of July!

The Beach

Over Easter, we went to New Smyrna Beach, Florida to visit Cam's parents. We had a great time! Sarah went to the beach and put her toes in the sand and her feet in the water. She even got to take a dip in the pool.

For Sarah's upcoming trip to Florida, I had to buy her a pair of pink sunglasses. Well I think they are the cutest thing and love to find opportunities for her to wear them. She wore them on our walk today and I had to take a couple of pictures. She kind of looks like a rapper about to break out in song. I then of course had to see how the glasses looked with her bathing suit. Don't disturb the sun queen!

Photo Shoot!

While my mom was here we had a photo shoot with Sarah. It's a good thing Sarah can't run away yet...or else I think she would have been long gone. She was a trooper though and managed to give us a couple of smiles before letting us know she was done.

Nana's Visit

Sarah was lucky enough to have another visitor come this month. Nana (Katie's mom) came to town from Virginia Beach for a week. Nana and Sarah had a great time taking stroller rides (some in the house...some outside). Nana also took lots of photos of Sarah. While she was here, we introduced her to Guitar Hero! Nana was hooked. I think she has a future in rock and roll.

3 months

Sarah turned 3 months on February 22nd. She weighs about 12 lbs 8 oz and continues to be very long! She is learning lots of new things and starting to sleep longer at night. (Mommy is really excited about that one!) This month she tried sitting in her high chair and tried out the stroller. Unfortunately it is still too cold to take a walk outside but she liked to stroll through the house. Apparently, Ellie the cat also wanted to take a ride.
