Pumpkin Patch

On Thursday we were finally able to go to the pumpkin patch with the Harberts, Macks and James'. The girls had so much fun together. They hadn't seen each other in 3 weeks and they were SO excited to see each other. We got to see a giant dinosaur chomping pumpkins, ride on a hayride, pick out a pumpkin, pet a goat, and try out a bouncy house. Here are some pictures from the days festivities...

Crazy Hair

Did I mention how crazy Abigail's hair looks after a bath? Here is some proof:

Nana Visits

My mom was luckily able to fly in the day Abigail was born! She arrived at noon and Abigail had just arrived at 8:51 am :) She stayed for a week and helped us out with laundry, food and chasing after a two year old! Sarah had a great time and still pulls the coffee creamer out of the refrigerator and says "Nana." :)

Abigail Chapman

Abigail Chapman arrived 2 weeks early on Sunday, October 4th at 8:51 in the morning. She weighed 7 lbs 6 oz and was 21 inches long. She has tons of thick brown hair...sometimes it looks like she has blonde highlights too. We are all doing great. Sarah has adjusted well and is enjoying having Nana here to play with :) I'll post more pictures soon once I catch up on some sleep. I forgot how much I missed 3 oclock in the morning ;)

Things you should never find in the dishwasher....

A cell phone! Luckily this is my old cell phone that I let Sarah play with so it is not in use anymore....I guess she thought it was dirty!

Baby Sprinkle!

This post is way overdue! A couple of weeks ago my friends here decided to throw me a baby "sprinkle" not a full shower since it is my second! They took me to tea one Saturday afternoon and I was completely surprised :) It was a delightful afternoon and I am so grateful for their friendships and helping me welcome this little girl into the world.

As one of my gifts, I recieved money to go towards our double stroller! I was so excited I went out the next day and bought it! Of course, Sarah had to break it in for the new baby!

Please, no moos!

Apparently Sarah is not a huge fans of cows...actually not so much cows but the mooing. She has several toys that make a mooing sound that she very much dislikes. She doesn't just not like them and say no but gets visibly upset like she is scared. The other day I was reading a book and started making the mooing sound and she immediately stuck out her lower lip and got tears in her eyes. It was cracking me up so I told Cam to come over and of course he brought the camera so we could get it on tape. (Yes we are cruel parents to knowingly make her upset but what can I say.) In this video she is constantly saying Hi Kitty and putting to the kitty picture trying to distract me from making the cow sound but she still gets upset and sticks out that little lip.
